In other roles she has advised CEOs and organisations including the Equal Opportunities Commission, disability charity Scope, human rights and legal action charity Reprieve and McDonalds. She is a regular commentator on leadership, mental health and flexible working.

Zöe is an operations expert and entrepreneur, with a background in client management, start-ups and innovation. She has consulted for B2C and B2B businesses across sectors such as technology, energy, financial services, law and aviation and worked with senior leaders at organisations including Uber, AXA, Whitbread, British Airways, Allen & Overy and Virgin Media. Emma is passionate about the intersection of Purpose and Culture and equipping leaders and teams with the belief, ideas and tools to turn words into action. Prior to Kin&Co, Emma led the Global Culture Change practice at world-renowned brand consultancy Wolff Olins. She is also a qualified Change Management Practitioner, a Fellow at the Royal Society of Arts, and a mentor for young talent.

Mav is a client director and an experienced innovation practitioner, with expertise in making change stick. Mav believes in culture as a cornerstone for strategy and growth, and loves defining behaviours and values that align with where a company wants to go, whilst always putting people at the centre. He has experience in working with C-Suites and teams across the globe; and has worked across sectors: from energy to public safety, to life sciences and consumer goods. Mav uses his innovation background to make change real at speed, applying design thinking, systems thinking and experimentation methodologies to large scale challenges.

James is an experienced transformation consultant focusing on how organisations manage cultural change; including a number of years delivering impact at FTSE 100 clients within PwC. James has delivered impactful, people-centred transformation in government, transport, energy, retail, and technology, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams in order to boost individual, team and organisational performance. Most recently, James explored how deploying technology can help develop psychologically safe workplaces, measuring tangible impact on operational metrics such as attrition, absence, and productivity.

Isabel is an ops enthusiast with a passion for enabling organisations to work effectively and efficiently as possible. She has a background in consultancy, start ups and the social enterprise sector and most recently worked at the School for Social Entrepreneurs. Isabel’s work has focused on ensuring systems are fit for purpose, designing processes, creating HR policies as well as compliance. With a preference for simplicity and learning by doing, Isabel has an eye for improvement and the determination to get things done.

Sy brings a wealth of experience and authentic passion to the forefront of People Operations and Cultural Leadership. Mark is a passionate Behavioural Scientist and a reluctant Finance Professional, and combining these two attributes he’s worked at the heart of high profile and complex organisational renewals and post-risk resets at global companies for over 35 years. These call for an empathic understanding of the contradictory requirements of crisis management, remediation and adaptive transformation. As a ‘critical friend’ to business and functional executives and Boards, he seeks actionable insights into leadership and organisational change, risk, governance and culture. Over the years, the last of these (culture) and the need to lead with care and compassion to achieve anything worthwhile in life, have become Mark’s North Star. It’s no surprise in this context that he loves his work with Kin&Co’s fantastic team. Mark is a Fellow of the ICAEW and member of the Global Association of Applied Behavioural Science. He and Bev live in Wirral and have four fabulous children and step children.

Thomas is an experienced culture change practitioner who uses the power of behavioural science to help organisations create inclusive cultures that empower every individual to succeed and support sustainable business growth. Thomas has partnered with industry leaders in financial services, professional services, manufacturing, luxury retail and more.

Andy is the CEO for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) at Amazon Web Services (AWS) responsible for guiding the company’s direction and vision across the region. In his role, Andy leads a team of business and technical specialists working with organisations of all sizes, from start-ups and governments, through to the world’s largest enterprises, to support their move to the cloud. Before joining AWS, Andy worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for thirty years and in his final role, as CEO for EMEA, he led a growing multi-billion-dollar business covering all aspects of the business including services, software, support, and hardware. George is a Senior Consultant at Kin&Co who has 10 years experience of working at PwC helping organisations operationalise their strategy not only through systems and processes but also changing hearts and minds. He is committed and passionate about helping organisations bring the best out of themselves and their people by creating diverse, inclusive, and equal working environments. His human-centred approach is informed by his professional service experience with clients across a range of industries/sectors as well as a master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organisational Analysis from King’s College London.

Andrea is a Senior Consultant at Kin&Co, with experience leading change in Sustainability, Organisational Development, and Human Capital projects for multinationals, SMEs, and social enterprises in Europe and LATAM. Her passion lies in working closely with teams to discover and reconnect with purpose and positive impact. She believes everyone can and should be the owner of change, and the role of the organization is to set the correct conditions for people to thrive. She has an MBA from IE Business School and a master’s in Organizational Development.

Fiona is a Senior Consultant at Kin&Co with 5 years experience in culture transformation, behaviour change, driving inclusive culture and communications. She has worked across industries, including Financial services, Education, Professional services and International Development. She is passionate about helping organisations to create high performing, inclusive and diverse working environments which enable people to achieve their full potential and provide the best service to their customers. She also has a master’s degree in Human Development and Psychology.

Zoe is an Associate Director at Kin&Co with an academic and applied background in performance psychology (CPsychol). She enjoys partnering with organisations to deliver large scale transformations and culture change programmes, taking a holistic and people-centric approach to deliver impactful and lasting outcomes. Amanda is a marketing strategist with over 20 years working across creative marketing and sales functions. With a curious nature and a passion for understanding human behaviour, she thrives on working in collaboration with creative and talented SMEs, leading teams to effective outcomes of impactful B2B marketing. Alongside strategic planning, Amanda also delivers creative engagement campaigns for two not-for-profit groups which support community and wellbeing projects.

Holly has a wealth of experience running teams in Asia, Europe and The Americas. Her career has focused on Technology and the Finance sector working with the likes of HSBC, Aegon, Morgan Stanley, Allianz, AIG and TD Bank. Where, as a Senior Leader she found her passion for delivering results through utilising culture and personal ownership of direction to engage people. Focusing on the Why, she brings enthusiasm for driving business success to every engagement, always ensuring optimum impact for your business, both short and long-term.

Beth is an internationally experienced organisation development consultant, and business psychologist, who works with leaders, individuals and organisational systems. With a background in financial services, Beth has spent the last 15 years as a management consultant within IBM as well as boutique consultancies, working with clients such as Lloyds, Aviva, NHS, O2, HMRC, Legal & General and Deutsche Bank. Her passion is in exploring how businesses embrace paradox, navigate complexity and operate authentically. She has deep experience working with practical culture change, conscious leadership, communications, transformational change, employee engagement, leadership development and group facilitation. Beth has a BSc in Psychology, an Occupational Psychology MSc (Distinction) and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools.

Allyson is a behaviour and culture change consultant passionate about embedding interventions that help organisations implement strategies that empower people. Starting her career in Africa, Allyson led the brand and marketing strategy for Africa’s largest privately owned gallery, and has since completed two masters degrees related to marketing and leadership. Over the past seven years Allyson has worked on organisational change projects in the capacity of redesigning services, project and change management, and governing transformation change programmes.

Tim has deep practical expertise in innovation capability, culture change, leadership development and team dynamics. For the past 15 years he has consulted with organisations of all shapes, sizes and sectors to help colleagues achieve greater things together and really love their time at work.
