The global PMI community was suffering from a loss of identity, with divides growing between staff, volunteers and chapters, compromising its ability to deliver on an ambitious growth strategy. The Board asked us to support them in reuniting their community under a clearly defined and authentic set of values.
We jumped at the chance and brought together a representative group of Culture Ambassadors and leaders from across the community, bridging geographical and role divides. We upskilled and supported them as they engaged 1,300+ staff and members to shape a new set of values and behaviours that felt truly owned by the community, and that built a surge of lasting momentum and excitement around PMI’s future.
