We partnered with Ventient Energy & Renantis to ensure the unification process was led by a joint purpose and allowed them to scale positive impact. The Strategic Difference
We designed a programme in which every employee, board member, and key business partner was invited to have a say and play a role in building the new Purpose and Values. As a result, the process felt like a genuine combination, rather than one organisation overtaking the other.
As we built the new culture, we provided opportunities for employees to share their feelings and used real-time information to address challenges, enhance communication, and ultimately reduce the uncertainty that comes with a process like this.
